Common Questions
Before you ask.
How long does the whole process take?
Weeks, not months. Once we have a Brand Plan in place and you’ve chosen your package, the Intensive is typically scheduled within 2–4 weeks. The actual build happens in 1–2 focused days together.
What if I only need a logo?
You can absolutely start with just the Logo System. But most clients find that pairing it with Brand Messaging makes the logo mean something deeper. The Brand Plan will help you decide what you actually need.
Do I have to buy the Brand Plan first?
Yes — and most clients are glad they did. It’s the diagnostic that makes everything else land. Plus, the $450 is applied to any base package if you move forward.
What does the Intensive day actually look like?
We’ll be on Zoom together, but not the entire time. I’ll present options, we’ll discuss and approve, then I’ll step away to design and tweak. By the end, you have everything delivered and all web access signed over to you.
Is $3,500 a lot for a logo?
You’re not getting a logo — you’re getting a complete logo system with multiple variations, a color palette, and three rounds of revision. It’s the visual foundation your business will use for years. Most agencies charge significantly more for less.
